These terms govern your use of order4d—our sportsbook, live-dealer casino, and mobile platform. When you create an account with us, you agree to follow these rules. We enforce them consistently to protect our users, prevent fraud, and ensure fair play across all our markets and games.

Account Closure and Suspension

If we detect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms, we may suspend or close your account without notice and forfeit your balance.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Your deposit is credited to your order4d balance immediately upon payment confirmation. We do not charge deposit fees.
Withdrawals go to the same payment method you used to deposit. Your first withdrawal requires identity verification (as outlined above). Subsequent withdrawals from the same payment method do not need re-verification unless we detect unusual activity. Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets settle within minutes to hours, bank transfers within hours to a business day.
We do not hold your funds or act as a bank. Your balance is recorded in our system and backed by our operational reserves. If order4d becomes insolvent or ceases operations, your balance is treated as a liability and settled according to applicable bankruptcy law in our jurisdiction.
Minimum and Maximum Limits
Deposit and withdrawal minimums vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout. We may impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per day to prevent fraud. These limits are communicated in the withdrawal flow and can be adjusted by our support team for verified accounts.
Bonuses and Promotional Terms
order4d occasionally offers bonuses or promotional credits. Any bonus comes with specific terms: a wagering requirement (the number of times you must play the bonus amount before withdrawal), game restrictions (which games contribute to wagering), and an expiry date (after which the bonus lapses if not claimed).
We do not allow bonus stacking, collusion, or abuse. If we detect that you are attempting to claim multiple bonuses on different accounts, using multiple payment methods to bypass limits, or colluding with other players to game a promotion, we will forfeit the bonus and may close your account.
Bonuses are credits only and cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager the bonus on order4d sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Bundesliga, etc.) or live-casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) before any winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, unfair, or the result of a technical error, contact our support team with details: the table name, date, time, and your account ID. We will retrieve the recorded game from our database and our live-dealer provider (Playtech, or similar) and investigate. If we find an error, we credit your account. If we find no error, we explain the outcome in detail.
We do not offer refunds for losing bets simply because you regret the outcome. Bets are final once placed and the game has started. Refunds are issued only for confirmed technical faults or our documented operational errors.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms continue in effect. We may update these terms at any time by posting new terms on our platform. Continued use of order4d after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
