Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction—some run in regional data centres in Southeast Asia, others may be hosted internationally. Regardless of location, we apply the same encryption and access controls.
Your account password is hashed using bcrypt, which means we cannot read it even if someone accessed our server. If you forget your password, you reset it by clicking a secure link we email to you; we do not email your password.

Your Rights on order4d

Deletion: If you request account deletion, we will close your account and anonymise your personal data. However, we must retain transaction records and identity documents for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering law. After seven years, we delete these records.
We do not honor deletion requests for active disputes or ongoing investigations. If you have claimed a bonus, we must retain records until wagering is complete or the bonus expires.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your game preferences. These cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time. If you clear cookies, you will be logged out and will need to log in again.
We also use local storage (a browser feature) to cache game assets, so live-dealer tables load faster on repeat visits. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
